Start Time : 1000 hrs
Start Venue : Persiaran Sungai Perak, Kuala Kangsar
Nuetralised Section : 7 km
Stage Distance : 133.2 km
Finish Venue : Brinchang, Cameron Highlands



Stage 3 will see the riders start from Kuala Kangsar, the royal town of Perak, located at the mouth of Kangsar River and races through the 133.2 km to the finishing venue where the hills are covered in tea plantation, Cameron Highlands.

Jose Serpa made it back to back wins in the climb up Genting Highlands in stage eight of the Le Tour de Langkawi today but like last year, it was still not enough to dislodge the Tour leader as Anthony Charteau still maintains his hold of the yellow jersey.


Shinichi Fukusima proved that persistence and hard work are the key to success when he became the first Asian to win a stage in the Le Tour de Langkawi 2007 following a fabulous 174km ride from Kuantan to Karak.
