So far I have done a few cycling in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Since 2001 I will take my annual leave form my job and cycle around this countries. Most of the time I used the road to travel, and this my first experience taking a flight to India with my bicycle. Everything was fine  but only some stupid mistakes I make. First mistake I forget to collect one of my panniers at arrival in K.L airport. I did not relies after two hours. I was waiting for the exchange flight to Madras. Suddenly I notice one bag is missing. Some of the travelers told me to go to counter called lost and found. Luckily I found it. Next is my bicycle where by I did not pack strongly. The hard box  which cover my bike broke off and my bike was struck inside the room.
It takes sometime to remove it.
I arrived Madras at 9.30 pm and took a taxi to the nearest hotel at the airport. I paid RM20 for the taxi. The hotel cost me RM40 but is more than my budget anyway the first day and is already  late night. My budget is
not to spend more than RM40 per day. I took RM3000 with me. Excluding air ticket  Some of the money was donated to me by Hash House Harrier club members, friends and from foreign cyclist friends who had visited my place. Thanks to them.
I cycle 25 days and rest 11 days. Start in Chennai on 7th Dec.2006 and  after cycling 2400km and back to Chennai on 11th Jan,2007. On 12th Jan 2007 I pack my Bicycle in box and leave in a friends house in Chennai. The next day I took a bus to Vanapadi  to celebrate Pongol Fesitival in my father's birth place. I was in Vanapadi until the 17th Jan.2007 and on 18th Jan.2007 I took a flight back to Malaysia.
